Our Australian arm of the business comprises a very experienced management group working at the coal face directly with our clients. They are supported by a competent and enthusiastic team behind the scenes tasked with ensuring the day to day operations of our business are maintained.

Our international partners produce quality building products for our Australian clients. Our Joinery and Window factories have excellent management in place, offer modern manufacturing facilities and employ large teams  to meet the supply demands for our consumers.

With over 30 years experience in the building industry Chris leads the Yintec team and is responsible for business development and ensuring the company provides a first class service to clients and stakeholders alike.

His background is extensive and includes carpentry, site foreman, site management and project design management. The competent and successful supervision of multi million dollar residential projects is testimony to his aptitude and high work ethic.

Chris understands the common problems faced in the modern building environment and is well positioned to address them effectively at ground root level. His passion for incorporating innovative products and maintaining quality at affordable prices will ensure his services and his company "Yintec" will remain in high demand.

David Pan

David comes to Yintec with an extensive background in residential development in China working for Hengda Group Co. Ltd (a top 5 developer in Asia). He understands the demands, expectations and problems encountered in the building and construction industry in Australia through his six (6) years work on local projects and developments.

Having access to extensive business contacts in Asia across building construction, civil construction, property management, manufacturing, logistics and government makes him a key member and a valuable asset to the Yintec success framework.

David takes pride in producing high quality product for our Australian consumer while always being conscious of the budgetary restraints and on time delivery expectations of our consumers. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management (South China Construction University) and a Masters in Business Administration (University of Technology, Sydney).

Ashley Sulcs
Joinery Team Leader
Project Manager

Ashley brings a wealth of joinery knowledge and project experience to the Yintec branding and operation. With over 16 years’ experience in the industry he has successfully managed and consistently delivered high end joinery products to the Australian consumer.

His broad skill set and experience provides the “edge” that customers want and expect. With a solid background in joinery manufacturing, installation, drafting and production management he is key to achieving outstanding service for existing Yintec clients and potential customers alike.

He is professionally driven to ensure timely outcomes for the consumer and prides himself on his attention to detail. Success in the industry is reflected through his diversity of work from extremely high end detailed commercial and residential developments through to smaller residential projects.

Ashley holds a Certificate III (with distinction) in Shopfitting, Kitchens and Detailed Joinery.

Luke Salzmann
Department Manager
Windows & Glass
Facades & Louvres

Drawing on an extensive background in windows manufacturing, windows installation and building facades, Luke is well suited to manage the provisioning of external building elements for our valued clients.

Prior to Yintec Luke spent 13 years in the window and facade installation industry. Initially working for a NSW mid teer facade and glazing businesses he quickly was elevated to leading hand and took charge of various large scale projects. With a solid grounding in building he then assumed dynamic roles of site foreman  for "Kell and Rigby" then Project Manager for a leading civil contractor.

Luke is well versed in all aspects of the apartment building process, he exhibits a keen eye for detail and can effectively liaise with engineers and builders to achieve timely delivery of Yintec products.


Tim Cafe
Senior Project Manager

Tim provides the joinery expertise and knowledge to produce and deliver every component of residential joinery to our Australian consumer. A true specialist in this field , Tim understand what is required to manufacture quality kitchens, robes, vanities and general apartment fit-outs for the most discerning client.

His building background spans some 30 years in the domestic and commercial arenas and his expertise in site management and project management ensures his clients receive on time delivery of product each and every time. Tim's attention to detail is exceptional and is a reflection of his long term role as "Site Finishes Foreman" in the construction industry.

Tim holds a Building Diploma and various qualifications in  Electrical trades, electronics and Communications and applies himself to whatever task is presented.
